Salaks employs women and men of all ages with different experience, education and backgrounds. We need people with experience in aquaculture/aquaculture, and we are looking for those who are curious about what the aquaculture industry has to offer and who want to try their hand. We also look for people with university education and other professional education in many disciplines such as biology, fish health, engineering, process/technology, quality work, operations and maintenance. With us you can work inside or at sea with the care and smoking of the fish, or you can have an office job with specific responsibilities.
