We are proud to be a food producer with a solid grounding in the local community. Our founder and owner Odd Bekkeli and his family have always been committed to contributing to a sustainable society.
We are a large local workplace with about 140 employees. We always try to use local suppliers where we can and we buy goods and services locally. Our acquisitions contribute to over 200 jobs in other businesses.
In order to maintain and contribute to good leisure activities, we are engaged in a number of sports and cultural activities in the municipalities in which we have activity.
Sponsorship
Salaks distributes sponsorship funds to operate or implement projects under the auspices of sports clubs, associations or other NGOs. We are particularly concerned about the initiatives that target children and young people in the municipalities in which we have activity. As a team and association, you can apply for sponsorship funds continuously throughout the year, but we only process applications that come in via sponsor@salaks.no.
Criteria to be emphasized:
- Positive contributions in the communities where Salaks is active
- Contribute to increased housing through outdoor activities and events where Salaks has activity
- Initiatives targeting the growing conditions of children and young people
If you would like to apply for sponsorship funds, you are welcome to send us an application. In the application, you must specify the email of the contact person, the contact info of the team/association, the amount of funds applied for, and the purpose of the funds. It would also be nice if you could write a bit about how this can contribute in relation to our criteria described above.
